I have been hearing for years Toub is a great coordinator. I don't see it. His special teams seem average at best and make a lot of bonehead mistakes/penalties.

At the time I was pissed because it was a dumbass penalty by Neimann, but in watching the replay, it was actually better that he did because Townsend fumbled the snap. If Neimann doesn't hold there, the punt is probably blocked.

How does a punter even choke? Lol. I have literally never seen that before. He shanked two punts and fumbled the snap on another.
Just a comedy of errors. |

I never understood how a kicker/punter struggles in the NFL. If you were good in college you should be good in the NFL. Literally nothing changes. The ball is the same size and same level of inflation. The field is the same size. The goal posts are the same size and location. Just don't get it.

Really, if the Chiefs are playing their typical game, they don't need a punter. This is a bad organization to learn punting on the job.

You can't have a punter that chokes. I've never even heard of such a thing (and yet he did). They've got to get rid of that guy next year.

Punter is the least of my worries on this team.
But I was under the impression he was the best punter out of college and had a massive leg... https://www.nfl.com/stats/player-sta...rageyards/desc Still don't think the Chiefs need to have a ****ing punter at the top of their to do list, though. |
