Unpopular opinion maybe, but I'd keep slow playing Worthy with that hamstring.

I’m sure the training and coaching staff are on top of this. They aren’t gonna give him anything he can’t handle at this point. There will always be some risk, hell, there’s risk in walking, but they will manage it appropriately.

If he has a hamstring issue that needs resolved he has to resolve it by working it, and working the tendons and muscle around it. Rest doesn't fix hamstrings, work fixes hamstrings.

Yea there is a ton of research on it but I know mainly from personal experience and rehabbing 2 hamstring injuries from running.

1 injury took way longer to recover from because I wasn't working it, turns out heavy deadlifts actually fixed the issue faster than rest.

I'm sure the trainers know what they are doing regardless but I know just babying it isn't going to fix the issue.

100% correct on recovery for any soft tissue. Movement heals.

I'll just trust that our training staff knows exactly what they're doing.....because they do.

I'm not sure where I said they didn't, we've got the best staff in the league.

Just stating that hamstrings seem to be a thing that continually pops up with some of these guys if they don't let it get back to 100% before they start pushing it.

Absolutely, but they also took their time.

I don't think they'd rush but him being a rookie first rounder, he's gonna wanna prove himself. SOmetimes gotta protect guys from themselves a bit.
