Madden typically caps all of their ratings at 99 but I remember one year way back, they actually gave Devin Hester a speed rating of 100.

If Mahomes goes nuclear this year, I think they should consider giving him the ratings boost to 100. If for nothing else, the marketing. And who’s going to question it? It would make perfect sense.

I haven't played Madden in 20 years, but it seems like there should be a Power Up for the skills of Two Offensive Players with a 99 rating when they are used together.

There used to be an editor with the PC version where you could get a player to 100 overall and 127 in any rating. I had a lot of fun with that.
