Leaf blower for turf??
Good evening my other dads of chiefsplanet. Young dad here with another question.
We installed turf in our backyard and I never grew up with turf, just mowed the lawn and it looked good as new each week. Well now with this turf it seems to absorb feathers, twigs, dead leaves etc…. I purchased a level 340 CF Leaf blower and it doesn’t seem to work like I had hoped. I read online that I should get a leaf blower that sucks up the leaves instead since they seem to really stick into the turf…. Any ideas or recommendations please are appreciated. Love yall! |

Also, if you have to use anything that uses a vacuum, then be a real man and have your wife do that shit!

Those leaf blowers/vacuums are more of a pain than they are worth. Go old school and get a rake.

I really don't know. When I was a young land surveyor we did a lot of lot surveys in richy rich areas. Would see the landscape crews using these to clean up turf grass of leaves and debris. It would pick it up clean as a whistle. Before I posted that machine I watched some YouTubers using this on fake turf grass and with mods it was rated highly.

Power broom to stir everything up
Then turf vacuum Then blowout whats left with our leaf blower Then a scented enzyme spray to kill any bacteria and get it smelling fresh (if you have outdoor pets) |

Now that it’s getting cooler out, just cut the grass shorter and the shit won’t have anywhere to stick
