Doesn't sound like a major issue.

The Chargers team doctor is planning to inject spider toxins directly into Herbert's heart.

Say nothing, people.

Celebrating injuries is bad juju. Unless its the Broncos - in which case, celebrate away.

Yeah, **** that. My biggest fear about this season is an injury to Mahomes. It's the only thing that could really derail this season and would absolutely suck shit.

These are my favorite. "Although I work a desk job and am 60 pounds overweight I overcame this injury with relative ease. If he's out more than 3 days I'll think he's a pussy. I was playing rec league softball after 72 hours."

The absolute shit of it all is that it’s GOING to happen someday.

Every all timer lost a season or big chunk of one at some point. But pats such a horse that I think we have several years yet.

But yeah, it’s just a shitty thought.

Whenever it does, let’s just hope it’s early in the season so it ****s one season and not two. Plus, we could actually have a high draft pick for once.

The huge kick in the nuts is having your season ****ed but still finishing with a good record.

Don't get me wrong. If all of our SBs were a result of several seasons of tanking, I wouldn't care because championship flags fly forever. But the fact that we did it the "right way" (other than Fisher at 1 overall, we never earned a draft slot higher than 23rd overall) feels even better.

We're not a fake ass pansy team like the Niners, who tank once every few years, and half of those top 5 picks they get end up being massive busts.

And it's why I just don't respect the way the Bengals are constructed as much as a team like the Ravens even though they're one of the few teams who did get one against Pat.
