Spags received a lifetime achievement award today from Pro Football Writers
Not a big deal but thought this was a fun clip and figure we all love Spags. Didn't realize Andy actually brought him into the league.

He's got 4 rings. He's a GOAT type DC. Andy will be the same if we 3 peat. Past Bill. He's won with many different QBs.

As already noted, very much deserved. And a ton of thanks to Andy Reid for having the foresight to bring Spags to KC.

Until he receives one from RunKC, I’ll remain unconvinced.

The best part is that he got this and his lifetime is not even over.

Pretty ridiculous that he wasn't named Assistant Coach of the Year last season.

Good for Spags. He and his defensive coaches and players have been saving our butts lately. He deserves the award!

A Mahomes/Spags stat that came to me today.
In Mahomes first 10 playoff games that he started and finished, he scored 31 points or more in 8 of them, went 0-2 in the games he put up less than 31, and had a 7-3 record overall with 1 Super Bowl Title. In Mahomes last 7 playoff games he started and finished, he’s scored 31 or more in only 1 game, and put together a 7-0 record with 2 titles. The Spags effect. We always said Mahomes with an average defense would be nearly unstoppable, but as it turns out, Mahomes with a good defense truly was. Last edited by Chiefspants; Today at 06:28 AM.. |
