Chiefs must have some kind of Achilles tendon witch doctor on staff. Supposedly a good run stopper when healthy. Fingers crossed.

This guy was once on the verge of becoming a pro bowler. He's a very good player. A solid "B" at one point. He has always played in the 4-3. I would think he's is a definite upgrade over Kendell Reyes at the very least. However, I don't understand how he has lasted in free agency this long? Must have had injury issues or something?

This is about finding a guy who can take some game reps to give Logan a blow, something they should have looked for with Poe.

So you're saying that Veach is an upgrade?

We have Kpassagnon and RNR to backup Jones and Bailey, and now Miller to backup Logan.

I really like our depth there.

Looks like the Chiefs are serious about improving our run defense up the middle of the defense. Sutton will be able to rotate Logan and Miller, keeping a fresh run stuffer on the field. We had a real problem with that last year.

Jarvis Jenkins is in play, too.

He was really good for a guy off the streets.

Veach has been attacking the middle of the defense.

He gets it.

Judging from Miller's 2016 snaps on game pass, he is a 1-tech/shade. He was absolutely signed to relieve Bennie Logan or fill in for injury.

This should cross out the theory of this move being related to Chris Jones, for sure.
