So who's the surprise cut and who's the camp darling?
This question has to be asked because usually both happen...
Camp darling is probably Gehrig Dieter since I've already seen that brewing around here. Surprise cut.. I'll say Sorenson probably West too actually. |

Dieter or Kemp. Whoever was in camp last year with Mahomes.
I just don't trust Amerson. I'd tab him as a potential surprise cut. |

Charcandick is out. He's not special in any way and he costs too much for a JAG RB

West getting cut would hardly be a surprise.

While West getting cut probably wouldn't be surprising he has been here for awhile so that's why I included him.

I'll go with Bobby Sippio for both answers.

Listening to 810 at lunch they had this exact conversation. Grunhard said someone needs to give Cam Erving an apple and a road map because he's gone.

Ok that would stun me because frankly..they don't have another backup OT. I don't think they can cut him just for that.

Except that cutting him would lose us money with the cap. He's here for this season unless he's so horrible that we HAVE to cut him.

Are you sure about that? Usually, cap hits like that are usually absorbed by the team that signed and later traded a player. We didn't extend Erving. Did his original contract have guaranteed money for this year? I find that unlikely in his 4th(and final) year of his contract. Where does the cap hit for cutting him come in?
