Mahomes is going to win us a Super Bowl soon. Think of the joyous celebration and drinking that’s going to occur on that day.

Dad finished harvest and I got the last of the wheat drilled today. If that doesn’t make a guy happy I don’t know what will.
Best wishes man. |

I lost my older brother about 4 years ago to Brain Cancer. He was only 53. We were close. I learned a lot during that time. Specifically that you have to continue to try and have a joyous life and remember all of the good times. We need to live for those that are here, not spiral down for those that are no longer here. Don't get me wrong. It's not easy. However, whenever I feel sad when I see his wife, or his grandchildren, and I want to feel sad, I remember the great times, and will share a funny story. The cycle of life is hard. I still catch myself thinking I should call him after something in my life happens and I the realize I can't. I still have that conversation, just not on a phone and it makes me feel better. Leave nothing unsaid if possible, and ask if there is anything you can do for them after they are gone, and then carry it out. Sorry for you loss.
