I hated Dan Sorenson. Hated him.

I've totally turned the corner. Dude has come up with big plays at the right moment enough times that it isn't a fluke. Love him as safety depth, but I am also excited to have Thornhill totally healthy and ready to get back to form.

$2.5 million for Dan is an absolute bargain.

He earned every penny of that just for that forced fumble against the Browns.

Dirt cheap.

Since Spags arrival yes he has become respectable. I won't say consistently great but I will say "timely great".

You can never have enough good 2ndary guys and why you are always drafting them every year.

This. I think we got a little hometown discount. He knows he's good for the scheme and seems to love kc. Wonder if we also got a Mormon discount. Either way, this feels like a steal.

I think if we're getting concerned about a situational safety who's pretty good, I'd say that's a good problem to have.

May as well fill the spot with someone who has a knack for making huge plays in huge games.
