I was just thinking yesterday, the Bucs should try to get rid of Winston via a big trade if at all possible... if the dude can't succeed with his current supporting cast, he may never. Add on the fact that he acts like a numb nuts, and I would look to separate from him before a long term contract comes into the picture.
