If he's there in the 3rd (or with a pick acquired in the Smith trade), they need to get him.
It might take him half a season to get up to speed but I think he'd be a nice rotational player in 2018 and would be a great addition even if Houston, Ford and Kpassognon are all healthy this season.
Teams can never have enough edge rushers.
