Andy likes calling the shots. He did it in Philly from almost the get go regardless of this faux talk that he just called the shots his last 2yrs there. That's baloney.
I'm not so sure he was absolutely determined to see him fired but like BO and Cochise said Andy saw the opportunity of leverage of Dorsey pissing all over himself behind closed doors as a way to get rid of Dorsey glory. Reid realized over time that Dorsey was not going to be a "yes man" and I think Reid very quietly was frustrated and envious of Dorsey stealing all the glory for the recent Chiefs success. Remember Clark thinks Reid walks on water and IF Reid really wanted Dorsey here he would not have been fired.
