The arbitrator ruled that Jones did not knowingly cheat. The arbitrator then took the 48 month punishment recommended by the guidelines, reduced it by 30 months because Jones turned in a fighter, coach, and/or supplier to USADA, and got another 3 month reduction for.... something thats unclear.
