Ginger bourbon slushie

2 parts Evan Williams 100 proof
1 part ginger simple syrup*
1 part fresh lemon juice
4 fresh mint leaves

Blend

*I made the syrup with 1 cup sugar and 1 cup sliced ginger root, simmer for 15 minute, steep for an hour, filter into a jar for use
