And that there is the distinction amoung all these cases. I'll pretty much give a pass to a young woman of 19-24 with young men of 16-18. They all know what their doing and I seriously doubt that a kid that age is going to feel victimized. Now a woman in her mid 20's and beyond preying on 11-15 yr olds is a entirely different story.
