I don't drink much during the week anymore - unless I'm sitting at a bar watching basketball. If I do have a beer in the evening it's after 8p and I generally don't finish it. With basketball basically over for the year, I'm going to try to stay away from beer for 1 week. Instead, if I just have to have a drink during the evening, I'm going to switch it to a vodka/diet dr pepper.
