Lalo dies. I don't think there's any question that Fring believes he's snuffed out the Salamancas altogether. But there's a fair amount of grey area where Saul could simply not have updated information and not realize it.
I think Lalo dies too. But the way Saul asks "Did Lalo send you?" in the present tense BB makes me think Saul won't be present for Lalo's death (and that's what I was reminding myself in the final moments of the last episode). Part of why I think this is how much Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould are sticklers to their canon. Hell, they took two throwaway lines about two characters (Nacho and Lalo) from Saul when they thought Bob Odenkirk might be around for only 3 episodes (due to How I Met Your Mother of all shows) and turned them into two of the most compelling characters they've ever created. Damn, if only D&D adhered to their canon in the same way... but I digress.

I think the scenario you mentioned where Saul doesn't have updated info is absolutely the route they'll go. It's by far the easiest route (in BB it's clear Saul and Mike don't trust Saul with need to know info - so it makes sense they'd keep Lalo's death from Saul). It's possible we'll see Saul's timeline overlap with BB and could see Lalo's death in that timeline, but I think that's too messy. Why would the Salamanca's trust Tuco to run the cartel over Lalo, for instance? And why wouldn't Lalo have been the one to escort Jesse and Walt to Mexico if he's still alive? Nah, I think his death is coming soon. But, with these writers, they could find a way to go a different direction and make it feel plausible and true to all of the characters involved.

Kim's fate... OTOH, might be a bit trickier for them to pull off. I fully expect them to be able to do it, though.
