They're certain to be non-competitive for 2-3 years, but they're also odds-favorable to be dominant in 4-5. If you're 23-24 years old and feel undervalued in the league, would you think it worth the gamble to keep your head down and work hard for little immediate payoff, gambling on eventual superstardom.
