The 5th episode was a bit hard to believe.

They knew there were families on that ship and they choose to just up and kill them all. And there would have been a huge chance one of those wires would have destroyed the evidence. Plus lucking upon the evidence... that would have taken weeks to get through all that wreckage and they wouldn't have known what they were looking for exactly. It was just very far fetched just by what decisions were made and the likeliness that it succeeded.
