Kind of a weird issue. There's a function in vbulletin that lets you tag a thread so that every new post in the thread has to be approved by a moderator to show up. We don't use it here, and I'm not even entirely sure how it works. But somehow it got turned on for this thread.
I just went through and approved all the posts, and things seem fine now.
