Special teams coordinator Dave Toub said Tyreek Hill will not return kickoffs this year.
Hill did most of his return damage on punts last year, but he did take a kickoff to the house during an important win against the Broncos. The new No. 1 receiver, the Chiefs have to take something off Hill's plate, however, and Toub said it will be kickoffs. Hill may also be used less as a punt returner, but coach Andy Reid has experience balancing out those duties with players like Brian Westbrook and DeSean Jackson. Losing kickoff duties does hurt Hill's value somewhat in return leagues, but he still is a WR2 with big-time upside.
