A basic (standard) physical would reveal; 1) Cessation of the menstrual cycle, 2) Movement by the fetus 3) Two heartbeats, 4) Changes in the breasts, 5) Not to mention significant abdominal swelling. I mean, WTF?

So ... this patient wasn't checked by a competent doctor in 9 months? Never fully bathed during that time?

I wouldn't let these people care for my goldfish. Time to say, "Adios" to Hacienda Healthcare.
