58% completion rate? Accuracy is not a strength for Kizer.
I like his measurables and general poise, and he has enough athleticism. Seems like a bright kid who endured a shitty deal at ND last year. I wouldn't hate Kizer, but the fanbase needs to realize he will need a lot of time to develop.
