Luckily in construction, if a guy is an asshole he usually is finding another job quickly. Most guys ain’t putting up with that shit on the site, and there’s power tools everywhere lol. But mostly guys just show up, do their job, shoot the shit, and are chill. I’ve had way more asshole bosses, than asshole coworkers.
