My advise. Don't feel sorry for yourself. Get pissed off, hit the gym. If you have friends in the fight game, go spar with them. It feels good to take some hard shots when you're that full of rage & pain. Feels good to give out some shots to.
I tried the feeling sorry for myself once back in 96.
Bad bad deal. Even Bugs couldn't stand to be around me back then.
