Lee's Summit man cited with shining laser pointer at Tom Brady during AFC title game
KANSAS CITY, Mo. —
A citation has been issued against a fan after a laser pointer was aimed at New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady during the AFC Championship game against the Chiefs in January.
Dwyan Morgan, of Lee’s Summit, was cited with disturbing the peace, a municipal violation.
The charge is punishable by up to a year in jail or a fine up to $1,000.
Morgan is scheduled to appear in municipal court on July 17.
The NFL said after the incident happened that the fan was banned from Arrowhead Stadium.
