Most of the TV shows I watch come from Netflix as the latest season is released. Most recently I finished Sanctuary and the 6th season of Psych. Other shows I watch as they become available are

Curb Your Enthusiasm
Supernatural
Weeds
Eureka (this one loses my interest but the family likes it)

The only first run TV I watch is on Sunday:

FOXNews Sunday
2nd half of This Week
McLaughlin Group
CBS NFL Pregame Show
Chiefs game
