I was never one to skip school, but the one time my high school buddy and I did we opted to take in a Royals game rather than stick around in class. Had no idea it was School Day at the K (as it is today). There was a ticket taker sound asleep at the gates, and we were able to stealthily jump right over his turnstile without any tickets. Then we were handed a complimentary sack lunch by some chaperones looking at us like, "
Who the hell are you guys?!"
