Not all. Most can be taken orally or nose spray. There a few that you have to do via injection. Sub-Q so no different than an insulin shot.
Injection is better IMO as you don't have to worry about any liver toxicity just incase you are consuming other 'supplements' that do have hepatotoxicity.
