I am not an Andy Reid fan, and wasn't happy when he was hired because of his flaws.

But the fact is, almost every coach has their flaws that cost them at time, and some have QBs that mask their deficiencies.
Andy Reid with Aaron Rodgers would be considered a genius.

-If Reid would be considered a genius with the right QB, why in the last 20 years has he never been successful again at identifying or developing someone into the right QB, despite drafting and signing and trading for a number of them?
