Haven't found it boring yet. It is slowly showing and not hitting you with a bunch of exposition off the bat. Also dropping in a lot of comic book stuff. About the only thing that hasn't been name dropped is Yu Ti, even as far as Colleen calling herself the Daughter of the Dragon.
