The Broncos aren't babying and scheming to help Paxton the way the Chiefs are doing with Mahomes. They actually want Paxton to do things that NFL QB's have to do and they're willing to let him struggle so he can learn.
The Chiefs are trying to make Mahomes look good by dumbing down the things they're asking him to execute. Denver isn't.
