From all that I've read - the only ways the virus can get aerosolized into particles that small are through singing, loud yelling, or some kind of respirator device like the EMTs used in that Seattle nursing home that blew up very early on.
Normally the virus is in the smaller breath droplets should get filtered out by N95.
