Well, I ran the fix-it program and I couldn't find either of those programs from your post in the list, Eset and McAfee were also not listed. Well while we figure this out, go ahead and install another AV on your rig - definitely don't need to leave it unprotected.
I absolutely love the Panda Cloud AV - free

I'd recommend it over pretty much all the free AVs out there.
