well that would make sense...it's not good business to have a mexican man down a food station that is visible to the customers...a clean shaven white guy like me would be the perfect salad bar attendant.
in the restaurant industry, we like to hide our illegal mexicans in the back and pretend we have a chef...but to their credit, those mother ****ers can cook! I'm not kidding, seeing those dudes multi-task is a thing of beauty.
