And that shit's really hard. When someone does something rude to you simply because they can and you'd literally suffer no consequences if you were a dick to them about it... resisting that urge is a lot harder than I'm given credit for.
Most of the time it just rolls off your back, but then you sit down and think about how you took her on a date, treated her decently, gave her something fun to do on a weekend night, even paid for everything, and she can't return the courtesy of telling you that while she had a good time, she simply doesn't think things should progress.
I love how chicks always listen to ****ing pop music that's always so empowering. It's songs about honesty and true love and how you don't need a man to make you powerful or whatever the hell pop music is saying these days. But when a moment comes where you have to tell a nice guy something he might not want to hear, they wilt like stale fruit.
