Seems like the game would have restarted if that dumbass Blue Jays manager did not bark at the umpires for ordering the tarp.
Ragans could barely make his pitches when the rain got stronger, and it was obviously raining harder when the grounds crew started to get the tarp ready.
I am not sure why the crew chief humored the dumbass and delayed putting the tarp on the field.
That game would have restarted and played nine innings if the grounds crew put on the tarp when they tried to. Dumbass Blue Jays manager prioritized crying like a bitch over coming in out of the rain.
