With the way they flopped around, they might have burnt that bridge.
I think they need to give the residents some time to get over the property tax debacle before they do anything. If Frank White mysteriously went missing and they casually took credit for it and then drew up some plans for east village that are basically set in stone, it might slide through.
If the teams split into separate ballot initiatives, the Royals might just be ****ed because a lot of people believe he will just sell the team after he gets the new stadium in place.
