Bro(sorry if sis) iunno bout all that. Respectfully short term is jacking off for a month /two max while the pussy heals up from tearing and they find balance. Anything else is long term imo. I have three… so im acutely aware of mental health and chemicals during n post pregnancy.
Respectfully if he airs out his grievances to her and friends/family/counslers it should be enough to cover his ass. No one is suggesting to find a nee situation or consistent side chick. We don’t always have to sacrifice ourselves n happiness for the sake of others happiness. That shit gets exposed when ur empty nesting and realizing u hate each other. Heck corona time exposed a lot of marriages weakneess.
