BCS and ozark seem to have captured the same insight with Lalo and Javi. These characters are absolutely terrifying. Breaking bad started with the unpredictable maniac Tuco. Then the calculated Gus. Lalo and Javi are so unpredictable that even in their calm state you have no idea what they are thinking. These 2 characters make for incredible villains to close out each of those shows and I love it.
