When you're copying it from the hosting site, it already has a url and img tag... so, for NSFW, you can remove everything inside of the [ ] (and the brackets) for url, img, /url, /img.... and without NSFW, you don't have to add img tags because they're already there.

Basically, Bearcat is saying make sure there are at least 2 sets of img tags around whatever you are posting.
