Not sure about Dawson's Ahsoka Tano, but will hold judgement until she makes a second appearance in Mandalorian or the Ahsoka/Sabine search for Ezra series rolls out. I assume she has become increasingly hardened since the end of the Rebels main storyline (Ahsoka said nothing in the last scene of Rebels) and 5 years bouncing around the unknown regions looking for Thrawn.
I thought I saw a Loth-Cat in the town, but was watching late enough that my mind may have been playing tricks.
