I had an account with BoA many, many years ago. Didn't care for their customer service - which was nill.
I switched over to Chase (mainly due to their nationwide reach) and after 15 or so years, I have yet to have a problem with them. I have a considerable amount of money in Checking and Savings and check my account probably 5-6 times daily - just to keep an eye on them.
