I think it is. I'm not going to tell a country they are wrong because they don't want to play sports live.
The USA is #11 in deaths per 1M in population (and if you don't count tiny countries like San Marino and Andorra then 9th worst).
Canada isn't a ton better at #22. But it's up to their country what they want to do or not.
