Nobody said he would bust.
They said he'd be a slightly better version of Alex Smith.
Which is EXACTLY what he's been.
He's fine. He's a good, solid quarterback. He's nothing resembling elite and he's soon to be paid as though he is.
And when that happens, the Texans will be done contending for the duration of his contract.
