And so on. It's nice to have, but obviously you can be elite without a big arm. Just ask Montana.

agreed, but you need to be in a system that takes advantage of your strengths, like Montana and Walsh's version of he WCO.
I think Watson would be better in a system where he got rid of the ball, and more short and intermediate passes.
He doesn't really have the arm to sit back and heave it; and he's gonna get killed that way.
