Ask employers if it's their business what their employees say in public. Joe Cubicle bitching about his job and talking about how his boss is a butt****ing moron probably isn't the way to go, just because his boss should have better things to do than read what his employees write on Twitter.
It's social media. It's not a diary entry. When you put it on social media you MADE it everyone's business. By your own choice.
