Baker appears to be a QB who makes a few really good plays a lot of mediocre ones and misses too many routine ones. You can live with routine misses on occasion when you get insane throws about 50% of the time. Not so much when you don't deliver enough great plays.

Baker's going to be fine; just needs to settle into the game.
Baker was the king of completion percentage in college at 71% his last two years at OU. Almost 10 percentage points above any of the other QBs in his draft class. But he was playing behind the best OL in college then. Now he's playing behind statistically the worst OL. He'll be fine given some time.
