Great conditioning plus great fundamentals equal fewer penalties ... and we could use a whole lot more fewer penalties.

Totally agree. I rewatched the Steelers game the other day on YouTube and it was pretty bad penalty wise. A new secondary alone should help but hopefully we can reduce it even more.
